Who can create a business on brtr?
Anyone can create a business on brtr, as long as it's something you're passionate about, and your service is done, by you, in person. Beyond that, our only other requirement is that you are honest in your description, and it is legal.

What are brtr dollars?
brtr dollars earned can be used to buy services that accept brtr dollars as payment. We recommend that you start out accepting both brtr dollars, and cash, as payment, to help you quickly gain your first customers, and trusted reviews.

How do I earn money?
You can choose to accept only US currency, by editing your payment pattern to Cash only. We recommend that you start out by accepting both brtr dollars (which can be spent on brtr), and cash, to help you quickly gain your first customers, and reviews.

How does the transaction work?
All cash payments, happen securely through Stripe. After creating a service, you can add your bank information to your wallet on brtr. After providing your service, payments will be deposited into your account within 72 hours of marking a job as complete.

How much should I charge?
Your brtr business is a venture for your passion, so we look to you to determine how much to charge.

Where do I meet the service provider or client?
Once you have bought a service, you can arrange a meeting or pick-up directly with the other party. It can be at a library, a local park, your home, a Starbucks, or anywhere else that you both agree on.

Can I decline a customer's order?
If you don't feel like the customer is a good match for your service, or, you feel uncomfortable for any reason, you can cancel the order, by emailing us at support@brtr.it, and letting us know why you're declining the order, and we'll take it from there.

How much does it cost to list my business?
It is free to create and launch your business on brtr. brtr will take 10% of your successful bookings as our processing fee, and to maintain our service.
